What it is

A rota and labour-cost platform for shift-based businesses. The rota shows what the week will cost before you publish it, and auto-schedule drafts one from your rules.

What it does

  • Rota builder with the week's estimated cost
  • Auto-schedule: draft rotas from coverage targets and shift limits
  • Rules for availability, approved leave, contracted hours and manager cover
  • Time clock and today's labour cost
  • Leave requests, availability and shift swaps
  • Multiple locations

Where it's going: the day-to-day records come next: checklists, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, training records and handovers. The aim is for a manager to see what's happening across every site today, rather than finding out at the end of the week.
